PROIECT INTRODUCTION

1. 2011: The customer started to adopt SJW-140 Co-kneader for semi-condutive cable compounds. They had better performance in compounds quality, automatic control, and less powder pollution in their workshops.
2. 2016-2019: The customer purchased 4 sets SKW-125 Co-kneader with single line capacity 8000MT/Per year and 2 sets SKW-105 Co-kneader.
3. 2019: The customer purchased 1 set SKW-105 Co-kneader with underwater pelletizing system for 66KV, 110KV, 220KV semi-conductive cable compounds. The compounds were approved by the authorities. It is the first compounding line from China which were successfully adopted in the high-voltage semi-conductive cable compounds.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

1. Due to special working principle of co-kneader (low-shearing & high-dispersion), the structure of the conductive carbon black was not damaged, while the polymer, additive, conductive cable black were well mixed and kneaded. The final compounds were in high quality due to well dispersion and distribution. The Co-kneader can produce different formulas, including inner/outer semi-conductive cable compounds and non-crosslinked semi-conductive cable compounds. 
2. Each material was kept in the silo/Hopper and dosed by loss-in-weight feeder, which realized the automatic control and less powder pollution for the whole workshops.

3. SKW-125 co-kneader is with high-capacity and low-energy. Compared with traditional compounding machines, SKW-125 Co-kneader is 20-30% energy saving. Each day it can save 12 workers (3 shits by 8 hours), and it saves cost by 220-250 CNY/MT. 
4. The co-kneader can be opened due to clamshell barrel design, the discharging extruder screw can be pulled out quickly. It is extremely interesting and attractive for the customers while the formula-shifting and machine maintenance.
